The moment when all you see is red. And despite the power behind rage and anger. A lot of times they have considered negative emotions. But fueling that energy in a positive way one can channel it into action.
It seems to me from personal experience I channeled my anger and turned it into fuel for change. When someone is angry, it’s an adrenaline rush. It’s supposed to sharpen our focus and determination…But obviously to be able to do that you would have to learn how to use it correctly.
But there is a need for caution. While anger can be a powerful motivator, it’s crucial to control and direct it appropriately. Be warned that unchecked anger can lead to destructive behavior.
Even in history political and social movements have been fueled by collective anger and rage. Like the civil rights movement it was fueled by righteous anger, women’s suffrage, and other pivotal moments in history. My point is Anger can be useful. But can’t stay angery forever.
